The red wine Pensées de Lafleur, vintage 2006 from the winery Château Lafleur has been rated in 2007 with 90 - 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Merlot, Cabernet Franc from the region Pomerol in France.
Deep dark ruby garnet, youthful reflections, violet rim. Intense dark fruit on the nose, sour cherries, fine spicy notes. Full-bodied on the palate, finely structured, mineral, shows great fruit, hints of cassis, lingers with a pleasant sweetness. Superior to many first wines in Pomerol this year.
