Deep dark ruby garnet colour with purple reflections, subtle brightening on the rim. Very delicate animalistic nuances, fresh dark berry confit, a hint of nougat, candied violets in the background. Taut, tight-knit, ripe cherries, fine tannins, good freshness, mineral and good persistence, further ageing potential, salty finish, already accessible, a multi-faceted food wine.
