Bright medium salmon pink. Delicate aromas of nectarine, melon, light cherry and a touch of white flowers. Lively acid backbone on the palate with fine saline notes, accompanied by a full-bodied, complex palate presence and mineral undertones. The creamy mouthfeel and savoury Espelette pepper notes on the finish testify to a very good length that wonderfully supports strong dishes.
