The non-alcoholic red wine »O'dacieux«, vintage 2018 from the winery Château Sauman has been rated in 2025 by Ulrich Sautter with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon from the region Bordeaux in France.
Dark berry fruit aromas rise from the glass, blackberry and elderberry, with hints of tobacco, chocolate and paprika. Initially juicy on the palate, continues with mellow but not smooth tannins in quite a rich quantity, the acidity is well integrated, the finish is supple and juicy, good length.
