Dark berry fruit aromas rise from the glass, blackberry and elderberry, with hints of tobacco, chocolate and paprika. Initially juicy on the palate, continues with mellow but not smooth tannins in quite a rich quantity, the acidity is well integrated, the finish is supple and juicy, good length.
