Tasting from 31.05.2024: Ulrich Sautter

Graphite and yeasty notes. Liquorice, but also grassy tones, a note like vintage sardines. The palate opens juicy, then unfolds a still grippy, dry tannins. The acidity seems ripe and the fruit cover somewhat fragile for this powerful tannins, on the finish there are also slightly metallic notes. A hint of bitterness. Very audacious.
