The non-alcoholic red wine O'dacieux, vintage 2018 from the winery Château Sauman has been rated in 2026 by Ulrich Sautter with 92+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon from the region Bordeaux in France.
Dark chocolate, cinnamon, some wood and even a hint of animal notes, smoked white Penja pepper, also ripe black cherry. The palate shows a mild, soft base with a softened, mature tannin, the acidity is subtle and makes the palate fruit appear somewhat sweet, the wine finishes with good length and spicy notes.
