Tasting Notes
Medium golden yellow with silver hues, subtle brightening on the rim. Refined yellow stone fruit nuances, honey and caramel, fresh orange zest, a bit restrained, still needs time to develop on the nose. On the palate, very powerful, yellow tropical fruit, bright honey, mineral-salty undertones, wood, great length, a refined note of mint on the finish, still miles away from maturity. More patience is needed here in comparison with all the other wines. Definitely wait, expect it to be drinking well in five years.
More about the tastingMedium golden yellow. Inviting yellow stone fruit notes, a hint of blossom honey, pleasant herbal spice. Elegant, balanced, rather medium-bodied, a fine, well-balanced sweet wine, ripe pears on the finish, delicate caramel aftertaste.
