Tasting Notes
Strong golden yellow, silver reflections. A hint of saffron and curry, some caramel, delicate hints of Turkish honey, subtle oak nuances. Powerful, full-bodied, white peach, elegant style, finely savoury on the finish, good length, has great development potential, mineral and persistent, already gluggable now, but with good reserves.
More about the tastingMedium golden yellow, silver reflections, clear botrytis spice, ripe pineapple, dark minerality, delicate honey notes. Full-bodied, powerful, elegant, well-integrated caramel sweetness, underpinned by a fine acidity, fully ripe yellow tropical fruit on the finish, still a little closed, the wood still needs some time, good ageing potential.
