Tasting Notes
Medium greenish-yellow, silver reflections. A multi-faceted bouquet of candied tangerine zest, yellow tropical fruit, ripe mango, fresh peach and delicate botrytis savouriness. Juicy, elegant, very balanced palate with ripe pineapple and honey, highly mineral and textural with the ideal balance of sweetness on the finish. Offers significant ageing potential, unfortunately only available in minimal quantities.
