Tasting Notes
Medium yellow gold, with silver reflections. On the nose ripe pineapple, delicate notes of blossom honey and vanilla, and a nice fine oaky spiciness. It is warming on the palate, with ripe yellow tropical fruit, a discreet acidity, and some minerality. It is already well developed, with nice oak notes on the finish.
