Tasting from 24.03.2017: Sautter, Ulrich

Sweet cherry and nougat, but also spicy with a hint of fir brushwood and pine nuts. Also "cool" with air: menthol. Classically built palate, with ripe, carefully extracted grainy tannins, lots of juiciness in a structure that is beginning to be ready to drink. Old-school in style, modern in execution and with fresh appeal.
