Tasting from 23.05.2025: Peter Moser

Dark ruby in colour with purple reflections, and a broad ochre rim. On the nose, aromas of black berry confit, a hint of lavender, nuances of garrigue and olive, some nougat and candied orange zest. The palate is complex and taut, with a hint of plum, pronounced tannins, mineral, with subtle acidity on the sweet finish, which is delicately nutty, with some dark chocolate, it is already passed its prime but will continue to maintain its good quality for some time to come.
