Tasting Notes

95
Tasting from 12.10.2012

Deep dark opaque ruby-garnet in colour, with purple reflections. Dark berry jam notes are accompanied by fine, ethereal nuances, a hint of cassis liqueur and liquorice, and a pleasant touch of precious wood on the nose - a very attractive bouquet. Juicy on the palate which shows good complexity and an elegant structure. The core is ripe dark forest berry jam, with some velvety tannins and fine nougat on the finish. It's powerful and very long-lasting, a convincing food companion, with very good further development potential.
