Clear, intense ruby with a dark core, slightly lighter at the rim. Intense notes of cardamom, some red beet, then lots of blueberry and cassis. Opens with lots of polished, very well-placed tannin entwined with the fine texture, it then builds in many layers with dark berry notes and some liquorice on the finish.
