Wood savouriness paired with fruit on the nose: apple, pears, orange, along with fresh corn tossed in butter, and caramel. Powerful in the mouth with a lot of smoothness and suppleness, ripe acidity well integrated with the yellow fruit with noticeable sweetness and fine phenolics. Round and balanced, it is of a distinctly gastronomic type.
