Bright, shiny rosé colour. Fine and persistent mousse. An elegant and complex bouquet on the nose with floral notes of white flowers and hints of apple, ripe pear, mulberry and lychee. Soft and creamy on the palate. A slightly bitter note distracts somewhat from the previously perceived flavours. Lingering finish.
