Brilliant, light straw yellow with silver-grey reflections. Fragrant and inviting on the nose with notes of juicy pears and Mirabelle plums, with meadow flowers and a light herbal note. With a soft mousse on the palate, ripe fruit at the centre, yet very dry and clear.
