Tasting Notes
Smoke and iron oxide are the only things that the shy nose gives away. The palate seems to have knitted together in a golden spot: there is dried cherry, fresh plum, miso paste, dried thyme and a sense of earthiness and ash. All this comes on a palate that is fresh, even juicy. While this is concentrated, there is no heaviness. Lovely. AK
