Tasting Notes
Earth, cold coal and ash give a very visceral spin to the nose that also gives way to subtle notes of blueberry. The palate if super-concentrated with densest tannins that are already smoothing into sumptuousness. There is great finesse and incipient evolution: things get earthier and lovely overtones of earth, herbs, chocolate and tobacco appear. Sumptuous blueberry re-appears on the finish. Drink 2028-2040. AK
