Clear lemon yellow. Ripe on the nose, candied lemon peel, some honey, pear, herbal-spicy nuances, lemon balm, some Mediterranean herbs. Medium-bodied on the palate with structuring minerality and ripe acidity. Finishes long and juicy, remains slightly salty on the palate.
