Tasting Notes
Clear medium dense ruby with pale rim. Shows intense notes of truffle and leather on the nose, then plum and cherry, rose petal in the background. Pithy and spicy on the palate, opens with lots of grippy, dense tannin, savoury, lots of plum, then emphasises earthy components, notes of tar and leather, very long finish.
