The red wine Valpolicella Superiore DOC, vintage 2014 from the winery Corte Scaletta has been rated in 2019 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 88 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Corvina, Corvinone Veronese, Rondinella from the region Veneto in Italy.
Dark, elegantly shining ruby red. A strong and dark berry nose of Amarena and blackberries, also shows some shoe polish on the finish. Fresh and juicy palate with dancing acidity, however, becomes a little rough and drying on the finish.
