Brilliant, intense ruby with a fine garnet sheen. Opens on the nose with pronounced spicy notes, of clove and galangal, of cherry cordial and plum. Juicy in attack and course, clear cherry on the palate, plus fine-mesh tannin, strikes a wide arc, hearty.
