Tasting from 14.02.2019: Peter Moser

Bright medium golden yellow, silver reflections. Delicately smoky herbal savouriness, mineral, damp slate, nuances of ripe melons and candied orange zest, dried pears, tobacco notes. Complex, powerful but very elegant, fine extracted sweetness, finely structured, roasted pineapple, salty, DELICATE tannic savouriness on the finish, persistent and balanced, certain ageing potential.
