Strong red; gripping bouquet, notes of cherries, licorice, slightly medicinal, discreetly noticeable new wood; lots of substance and substance on the palate, strong, still slightly drying tannin, present, fresh acidity; long finish. Characterful, somewhat rustic Pinot Noir (Mariafeld).
