Tasting from 01.07.2025: Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach

Independent, complex aromas: ripe apple, tangerine notes, savoury hints, some redcurrant and honey. Full-bodied on the palate with a beautiful texture, but equally well-integrated, vivid acidity. Finishes very juicy and long with pear notes and a tightly woven tannin structure that adds complexity.
