Radiant bright golden yellow colour with fine mousse. Intense aromas of candied lemon zest, cold smoke on the nose, as well as subtle notes of crisp yellow apple, quince, subtle floral, meadow herbs. Opens precisely on the palate, bone dry and salty, with racy traction and beautiful length, stony feel, lingers long with juicy lemon on the finish.
