Tasting from 10.02.2017: Peter Moser und Ulrich Sautter

Dark ruby garnet, firm core, violet reflections, delicate edge brightening. Delicately herbal and spicy, a hint of damp undergrowth, black forest berries, nuances of dried fruit. Juicy, sweet extract, well-integrated tannins, some vanilla, delicate nougat, lingers, mineral finish, spicy touch, good ageing potential.
