Tasting from 10.02.2017: Peter Moser und Ulrich Sautter

Dark garnet, purple reflections, lighter rim. Delicate herbal savouriness underlying ripe cherry, a hint of dark fruit of the forest, tobacco nuance, and a mineral touch. On the palate juicy, elegant, pleasant fruit, refined structure, well-integrated tannins, balanced and persistent. A multi-faceted food wine.
