Tasting from 19.11.2021: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Pale onion skin colour. Medium expression on the nose, delicate citrus fruit, some sealing wax, after a little time in the glass also a hint of red currants. On the palate with fine juice and well-integrated bubbles, spreads well over the tongue, then unfortunately becomes somewhat bitter in the finish.
