The red wine Vino Nobile di Montepulciano Antica Chiusina DOCG, vintage 2014 from the winery Tenute Del Cerro has been rated in 2019 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Sangiovese from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Intense, dark ruby red. Balsamic tones on the nose, dark Amarena cherry, mint, liquorice, all of medium intensity. Initially fresh and juicy on the palate, noticeable loosely knit tannins in the middle section, finishes narrowly in the finish, the difficult 2014 vintage is recognisable.
