The red wine Vino Nobile di Montepulciano Riserva DOCG, vintage 2014 from the winery Tenute Del Cerro has been rated in 2019 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Sangiovese from the region Tuscany in Italy.
An intense rich ruby red colour. It has a deep and spicy nose, with dried plum, fig, some dark chocolate, then light coconut, and rum-steeped fruit. It is juicy and vivid on the palate, unfolding with nice fruit across the tongue, and there is good drive leading to grippy robust tannins on the finish.
