Bright straw yellow with a delicate golden shimmer. On the nose, clear notes of brown butter, candied lemon zest, Golden Delicious apple, grapefruit, cold smoke, after a while elderberry, inviting. On the palate with radiant yellow fruit, fine cinnamon notes, pure and clear, with a slight mellowness, pulls through properly, clean, very dry finish.
