Bright straw yellow with a delicate golden shimmer. On the nose, clear notes of brown butter, candied lemon zest, Golden Delicious apple, grapefruit, cold smoke, after a while elderberry, inviting. Bright yellow fruit on the palate, delicate notes of fresh honey, fine cinnamon aromas, pure and clear, with a slight mellowness, a clean, very dry finish.
