Tasting Notes
Sparkling, intense ruby with a slightly light rim. Compact on the nose, full of dark wild raspberries, liquorice and sealing wax in the background. Polished, fine-meshed tannins on the palate, gaining length as it progresses, surrounded by ripe fruit, juicy on the finish.
