Deliciously savoury nose, with aromas of hay and white flowers, white vineyard peach and fine grass clippings. Just as aromatic on the palate, an elegant acidity structure creates great tension. The palate is fresh with delicate citrus notes and flavours of lime zest.
More about the tastingAromas of nutmeg, honeydew melon, coriander seeds, fresh corn on the cob and mint. A taut, lively acidity dominates the palate, supported by minerality and smoothness. Aromas of white vineyard peach and orange peel predominate, with spicy nuances on the finish. Complex and yet uncomplicated.
