Tasting from 15.10.2024: Dominik Vombach und Benjamin Herzog

This is rather ripe and fruity on the nose, with aromas of dried plum, dark cherry compote, wild berry, and herbal and toasty notes. It is medium-bodied on the palate, with a ripe acidity, and a nice balance of fruit and toasty notes. It has an appropriate length, with noticeable medium fine tannins.
