Tasting Notes

Tasting from 24.11.2020: Ulrich Sautter

Small red berries and a perfumed, almost nutmeg-like overtone. A supple, almost creamy palate, lots of juiciness, lively but fine acidity, the tannin remains restrained but has enough structure not to appear smooth, red berry notes, fresh fruit on the finish. Will blossom with food, possibly with grilled fish.
