Tasting Notes

90+
Tasting from 24.11.2020: Ulrich Sautter

Small red berries, mint and some malty candy, very Burgundian, slightly "wild" undertones. Juicy on the palate with very fine, but also grippy tannins, medium density and length, but has a disarming elegance in its structure. Comparatively slender alcohol, ripe but firm acidity, even slightly mineral undertones at the end. Very stylish.
