Tasting from 14.02.2019: Peter Moser

Medium yellow green, silver reflections. Delicate floral underlay of candied orange zest, ripe yellow greengage, hints of cape gooseberry, gentle floral honey, a multi-faceted bouquet. Substantial, complex, notes of meadow herbs, silky texture, refined structure, fine yellow fruit notes, a salty touch and a subtle evolved character on the finish. It is a harmonious food wine.
