It is a wine made from the grape variety Melon de Bourgogne from the region Loire Valley in France.
The aroma focuses entirely on the stone: iodine tones, damp stone, yeast. Taut and austere on the palate, sinewy and yet dense and muscular, but with not an ounce of fat too much and extremely measured alcohol.
