Tasting from 17.10.2024: Peter Moser, Dominik Vombach, Benajmin Herzog, Ulrich Sautter

A Vin Jaune as it is written in the book. Intense on the nose with notes of nuts, mushrooms and herbs as well as nuances of smoke and spices such as saffron. Very concentrated on the palate with intense aromas and gripping acidity that has a harmonising effect. Finishes very long. Can continue to develop for many years.
