Tasting from 29.11.2021: Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach und Ursula Geiger

Very complex, fruity bouquet. Aromas of ripe lemon, crunchy pear and a hint of passionfruit. Fine texture on the palate, very well integrated, ripe acidity and beautiful length. Finishes with creamy fruit and notes of lime blossom.
