Tasting from 29.11.2021: Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach und Ursula Geiger

Rich yellow. Fragrant, delicate nose, floral notes, honeysuckle and privet blossom. There are also aromas of freshly beaten egg yolk and ripe mirabelle plums. Fine texture on the attack, full-bodied palate, savoury honey and some lychee on the long finish.
