Tasting from 09.07.2019: Ulrich Sautter

Very mineral aroma, shimmer, black pepper, wormwood, but then also red and black currant and milk chocolate. Juicy onset on the palate with silky soft tannins, remnants of a very slight vegetal component have a rather positive effect, the wine has drive and at the same time the texture is appealing. Without a doubt, this wine has good flow and finesse.
