Tasting from 06.07.2018: Peter Moser, Dominik Vombach, Benjamin Herzog

Fine wood spice, fresh hints of honeydew melon, subtle strawberry and cherry in the background, a hint of orange blossom, incredibly complex and appealing, seductive bouquet. Juicy, tightly meshed, ripe white fruit nuances of apple and melon, fine acidity, salty-mineral finish, subtle sweetness on the finish, great length, has ageing potential, rosé probably does not get much better.
