The white wine Meursault, vintage 2015 from the winery Domaine Fabien Coche has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 94 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Chardonnay from the region Bourgogne in France.
Roasted sesame, egg white, subtle oak, not yet very open. Some allspice and liquorice. On the palate it shows with a soft attack and taut extract, fine-grained tannins in high quantities, a layer of suppleness underpins the rather austere structure, saltiness and tactile motifs underline the firm, well-supporting acidity.
