Tasting from 14.02.2019: Peter Moser

Medium golden yellow, silver reflections. Delicate fresh orange zest and pear fruit, hints of meadow herbs and fresh NUTMEG, needs some airing. Powerful without being fat, tightly meshed, yellow stone fruit nuances, racy acid structure, fine nutty flavours, salty-lemon touch, has pleasant vegetal nuances, is complex and anything but superficial, filled with character.
