Tasting from 14.07.2021: Gerhild Burkard, Valentine Mühlberger

Deep dark purple colour. Concentrated aroma of dark berry fruit, pumpernickel and herbal savouriness, bay leaf and dried thyme. Full-bodied, fleshy on the palate with a youthful tannin structure and vivid acidity, dark minerality. Very compact and powerful finish. Good certain ageing potential.
