Tasting from 06.07.2018: Peter Moser, Dominik Vombach, Benjamin Herzog

According to the label, a "boisson tendrement enivrante". Smells of Boskoop, but not oxidative, rather fruity and even floral. Robust on the palate, some substance, delicate sweetness, fresh acidity, light honey tone, quite fine mousse for a Pet Nat. Compact and palatable-fresh.
